Returns & Shipping
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Stonesthrow online purchase, you may return unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of ship date for a full refund in the original form of payment. After 14 days but within 30 days of ship date, you may exchange or return items purchased for merchandise credit. All bodysuits, jewelry, sunglasses, hosiery, and sale merchandise is final sale. Gift Cards cannot be returned for refund.
Contact us to initiate the return process. You can email email@example.com explaining the reason for the return/ exchange or give us a call at 707-269-7070. An original packing slip is required for all returns, and tags must be attached with merchandise in original condition.
We are not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take up to 5 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for you to see the refund on your account.
